I changed my plan last week to take affect on my renewal date..(today) but when I logged in it is still showing my old low data plan and old discounts?

When changing from one 30-day plan to another, there isn't supposed to be any change on discounts from rewards.

@Robichaudjenn My Account's payment page, does it show both charges? or just one?
If 2 charges, what are the dates of the charges? Any amount in Available Fund??

With all issues PM was having since yesterday be lucky to have service at all.
To double check your account:
Try using different browser. Try Incognito mode. Clear browser’s cache. Try forced refresh. Click on little spinner refresh icons lower down.

@geilamartin did they charge you old or new plan?
Log in with Incognito mode and see if it shows old or new plan. Check the Payment History page as well to confirm the change

I am experiencing same thing. Also was double charged on my credit card!

@geilamartin Glad you were able to login as most customers are not able to, however, you were probably seeing a cached page and if you're able to refresh the page by clicking that option on the bottom right of the page, then the details of your plan should update. Or try logging in with incognito/private mode.
