I do not want to get the plan that activated right now, can you please decline it? It is just activated and I do not want this plan.

@Mhossei2 You'll need to login and schedule Change at Next Renewal as PM doesn't prorate or refund for early plan changes, so you get to keep the plan for this cycle. Sorry.

@Mhossei2 @You can an only choose between what’s offered on the activation , however if you see A plan your rather have after wards . You can choose that plan but choose change plan on renewal so you don’t lose the service you just sign up for .. you do this in your self serve under plan and addon

@Mhossei2 If you activated the wrong plan, open a ticket with customer service, explain what happened along with what plan you want to activate on. Should be a simple fix.
