I logged in to see how much money I had left on my account and the usage says I have 25 min used. Today my  plan reset and the last call I got was 2 days ago. I haven't made any calls from my cell since Last Wednesday.

All inside Canada. Last cycle I only had 10 min left. Only thing I can think is happening is the 25 min incoming call from mom is being included in today's min. Any insight would be appreciated.

HI @viccallan   likely not your problem . PM site has some cache trouble.  Many suggest to either click Refresh spinner again or use Private/Incognito/Secret mode to login so, you are seeing the correct usage

 

For the app running, how much data is that? you might see some line about data used during midnight, but that does not mean your phone was using data at that time.  PM updates the data twice a day.  Any data line there is a just a total usage for the last 12 hours

I did click the update button I had also clicked the view usage history before posting the question. Now going in again it is displaying correctly. It's showing that I'm using mobile data. since I refreshed the phone a few days ago an app must be running. in the background.

Your looking at old cached information before.

Try logging into your account using a browser in incognito or private mode instead.

Then do a refresh of the overview page using the little circular refresh wheel.

Before logging in, clear cache and cookies, open an Incognito or Private tab, then try again.

 

You can also tap those little spinner icons when on the self-serve page to get a refreshed view.
