I would like to know how to transfer my account and my data etc to a new phone. I have an eSIM.

Just download the PM app on your new phone, login to your account then go to Account tab>Purchase SIM card. There will be an option for SIM ($10) or eSIM ($5).

Hey @Linsky 

This is very easy to do. Just download the app, go to purchase eSIM, it will be $5 to buy(but because you already have one it will be free at checkout). When the app is downloaded, go to Account at the bottom, the scroll down to Purchase SIM card then at the bottom it will say Continue with eSIM ($5) In the off chance you DO get charged for it, don't worry, a CS Agent will gladly credit your account. Just click on the orange chat box in the bottom right corner and type CS Agent.
