I am looking to transfer my PM number to a new iPhone (no change in service providers). Currently setup with an eSIM, looking to transfer to the eSIM on the new iPhone. The transfer process is unable to complete the request and tells me to contact support. I was unable to create a ticket at this time, but sent a private message. Posting here while I wait for a response. Any suggestions?

you cannot just transfer an existing eSIM to another phone, instead, you need to buy a new one and install the new eSIM on the new phone (at that time, the old eSIM on the old phone when then be disactivated)
First, download the app on the new iPhone, click ⊕ on the bottom left to bring up the menu and go to Subscription & Add-on page, scroll down to the bottom and click Shop SIM Card Now. You can buy and install eSIM from there
