Hi all , I lost access to both my account email and the backup email. I've created a new email and signed up with it, how can I link my existing phone number to that email?

I remember the email I used to sign up for PM, but when I try to log in it sends a code to the email and I can't access the email to get the code

If you already created an Eversafe ID before login to your account. Have the 2FA code sent by text or call. Once ID is created, just go to Manage Eversafe ID and just edit your new email on your account.

Your PM service is active?

do you at least know the email address used?  If you know , and you know the password, you can still login using the email address as it is pretty much just a login id.  It will then send a 2FA code to your phone and you can login

Even you don't know the password and just know the email address used, click Forgot Password on the login page, you can then as the system to send the 2FA code to your phone

Once you can login My Account, go to Profile Page, Manqge EverSafe ID and you can update the email address there

You can ask the support agents for help, if you cannot login to self-serve to do so.

To contact a Customer Support Agent, there are 2 methods:

 

  1. Use the ticketing system for a faster response time. Click here to create a support ticket, then type Customer Support Agent, then Contact Us,  or
  2. Send a private message to Customer Support Agent by clicking here.  You’ll need to be logged into your Community account for the link to work.

 

Watch for their response in your Community private mailbox which will be indicated by a number on the small envelope icon to the left of your Community avatar.
