Was confused - logged in to check data usage , my account popped up with a question asking it to be activated , and it was asking me for a new plan even though I didn’t want to change one . Now it is showing I have subscribed to 2 plans , have a new phone number emailed to me , and how is it possible to have an account with one name with TWO phone numbers set up? I can find no trace in my account now from my former phone number or even payments . Please help or direct where I can get help from. This new system seems to be glitching —-

@Angusm88 - do you manage any other public mobile accounts? Or have a computer that someone else would use to log into their account? Or gesh, I wonder what happened here.
Did you transfer or port over from another provider? If so, maybe your port failed and public mobile assigned a temporary/new number?
Your description of what happened is strange. Please advise back here what customer support agents are telling you of what happened, it is curious.
