Recently, I've tried to called my service provider via the 611 shortcut and end up receiving the "Number changed by SIM". Does anyone know the cause for this issue?

I've tried using the chatbot but whenever it directs me to the ticket submission page, I get a 404.
I will give the phone number a try.

are you able to receive incoming calls with the correct number?
if you call 1-855-4PUBLIC and enter the phone number, what does it say?
and make sure your all provider sim card is removed, make sure old provider eSIM is deleted, AI suspect your old sim still there and your calling of *611 is calling the old provider
of course, you can also Reset Network Settings to try to fix it or aso PM to check
Just open ticket with PM using the Orange Chatbot icon on the lower right. (For 2FA when login, you might need to use email to receive if you cannot receive the text on the phone.) Type the question Submit ticket and select Contact Us to get to ticket open screen
