Number not changing for Authenticator

Hello,
I changed my number THROUGH public mobile, and now when I log in, I don't receive the authenticator Eversafe ID text on my new number, it still sends to my old number what is this @CS_Agent

@jAwnathan1998 , unfortunately eversafe ID is not auto synced to number changes. If you made a change to your phone number, you need to separately go into the account profile tab and update the phone number for eversafe. This is a simple self serve function, no need to engage support.

PM agents do not communicate through this public forum.
WHEN did you change your number? When you call/sms somebody What number they see?
Maybe change requires some time to be processed.
But if you really want to talk to PM staff, open a ticket through chatbot. I would wait until few other customers provide response to your query.
