Both my husband and I are PM subscribers. Does anyone have any idea as to why our calls to one of our friends always go directly to his voicemail with no ringing? He says it doesn’t happen with anyone else. He is a Rogers customer. Both of us are in his Contacts and he can call us with no issues.

Check with your friend if they accidentally blocked you on their phone.
Happened to me by accident by a friend.

it sounds like more a problem on your friend's end. did your friend just move to Rogers? you can ask PM to check, but at the same time, ask your friend to check with Rogers as well
