I paid my subcrition and thougt my phone was esim compatible but was not . I bought a sims card but my account is not letting me continue becsuse it says esim not compatible get support
Do i need to cancel that subscition and do a new on and how do i do that
wont let me go further

As said above, they can help to setup the esim for you and send you the QR code (and what phone you have?)
if they really cannot do it, then you can ask them for refund. Please submit ticket by message

You will need to contact a CS_Agent by typing in Submit a Ticket on the Chat bubble for an agent for the refund and help you continue with the activation and switch to the SIM.
Just curious what is the make and model of your phone because there are eSIM compatible phone but the system indicates that it is not.

hi @Chef5223 check with support agent, they can send you the eSIM QR code or suggest to change back to physical sim
