New customer phone not working

New customer tried everything. 2 payments taken out account but no service and no idea how to fix it. So frustrating trying to talk to someone. Iphone 11 user

@CamJO   Did you download the app to activate ? Did you try rebooting the phone or reset network settings ? If no  luck please submit ticket with support to help
