I purchased public mobile plan last night and tried to install esim,but it was not working. I bought a physical sim to install it..but I don't know how I can transfer my original phone no.. keep sending a code to my phone no which is not active.
Is there any way to send a code to my email address??

After a few attempts of clicking send code, it should have thr option to send to email.
If that doesn't work use the below links to send a message to Public Mobile agents to update the SIM number for you.

If you did not receive or cannot receive your 2FA code by SMS - Click on: ‘Didn’t get a code’ and you will get more options. Chose email.

You can click on Resend Code or Didn’t Receive Code and have it sent to email or call your number.
