My son has been on my account for four years. $15 plan has not decreased by the $1 per month each year, I’m still paying $17 a Month. He is creating his own account for the new $35 / 50gig plan offer ending Sept 30th. He wants to port his existing pm number to his new plan. Is this possible ? Also I want to cancel the subscription for his current $15 plan but not for my other child’s phone.

Please note that there can't be more than one phone number in a single Public Mobile account. Also once child's account is unlrelated to the other, so making changes to one account doesn't affect the other. As for the $35/50GB plan, log into the account to see if that plan is available. If that plan is available, there wouldnt' be any need to open a new account.

sorry, you can't move numbers between 2 PM accounts
if you really like the old number, port that number to another service provider for couple days and then port it back into your new PM account

@Phil09 First as for the old reward everyone been switched to the new points system that’s why your still laying full plan price . But as for transferring phone number from one PM account to the other that cannot be done . But he can port that $15 plan number out to new carrier and port it back in on the new account he’s he intends to create with the 50GB $35 plan . But it would be much easier to just let him change the $15 plan to the plan he wants and change the email to his own email and can change the name and payment method in profile also
