Pls I am unable to access my previous community nickname due to change of the platform. Is asking me to register as a new member which I am not.
I had to create this new nickname before I was able to ask a question.
Please how do I access my previous profile on the community?

New site requires you to use your PM account email and set up or reuse current account password.
Log in using your Community name is not possible anymore. It is a touch of confusing process but once set up it works very well as Once logged in you can jump easily from Community to Account to Rewards and back.

Yes, they can bring you back to the old Community id, we just see some successful one done today

There has been some problem linking old Community account name for some customers. PM is aware of this.
Please bravo the Community manager's post here and support will work with you
but i would also open a ticket as well just to be safe
