Is there a way to get back points for US data that will not be used?

I needed Canadian data but saw no information saying that the 1 GB of data I added using 15 points was for the US.  I would simply like to have the points back.  Is this impossible?

you still in US?  did you turn on your Mobile roaming data on your phone? did you try to connect to all 3 networks and test? TMobile, AT&T and Verizon.  And change network mode to 4G as it is easier to connect that way

but if you are back in Canada already, then ask PM to help to reverse thepoints

Just open ticket with PM using the Orange Chatbot icon on the lower right. (For 2FA when login, you might need to use email to receive if you cannot receive the text on the phone.)  Type the question Submit ticket and select Contact Us to get to ticket open screen
