I see that the points back rate has decreased from 5% to 2% on plans offered. So yes, I gather that the points back rate has decreased by more than 50%? I don't know when and I don't recall receiving a notification about this.
They sent everyone an email on August 15th and the subject of the email was: Upcoming changes to the Public Mobile Rewards program
And Community Mgr posted Announcement on Aug 14:https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/Announcements/NEW-Changes-Coming-to-the-Public-Points...
So, they gave everyone a 2 months notice.
