I ordered my sim on 26 Dec 2022 and it was expected to come at 04 jan, I am still waiting for my sim to arrive and I did not get any order number also. Anyone else facing the same problem. I currently live in Etobicoke, ON. If you know any store that can help or any solution do let me know

Ordered on Dec. 10. Never arrived but I do have an order number and will try to get refund/credit.

SIM. Card can take up to 3 weeks to arrive .if you need one sooner try calling local Telus Koodo stores for in person pick up or order from Amazon .otherwise reach out to support for a status up date for when it shipped and when you can expect it . Or if you can get a credit for buying a new SIM card .message support directly while your already here and logged in the community you can send a private message To CS_Agents

yes, sim card delivery can be 3 days to 3 weeks.
Since you ordered in Dec and still no sign of it, please submit a ticket with CS Agent here and ask for update

Instead of asking them to resend it, better to ask them to arrange pickup from Telus or Koodo stores close by, it is quicker that way

Usually it is 5-10 business days to receive SIM from PM. Sometimes even (way) longer or card does not arrive at all.
No tracking and it is send by regular mail.
You could wait another week or two and then ask agent for replacement.
