New Plan being changed

Last month I changed my plan from 3 g and 3 gb for $30 to the 15 gb and 4 g for $40. It was changed to 3g and 3 gb for $35. A week ago I went in and changed it again to the 15 gb and 4g for $40 and today I logged in and it had been changed again.

Today I changed it back to the 3g and 3 gb for $30. If it is changed again I'm not sure what I'm going to do

Your better off, reaching out to a Customer Support Agent for help with that, like I suggested before.

 

Just use the Chat Bot Simon to get a service ticket started first.

honest, your situation is a bit complicated

open ticket with CS agent and get them to check:

 

at : https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.

First type Contact,
then select the only choice there: "Contact..",
from the list of , choose "Other"
finally click link the blue link about submit a ticket
Another page will open and just follow: .

After ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM

 

If you have problems submitting a ticket, you can open ticket by private message (but this can take longer):

EVERY time you change plan NOW you will be charged new plan cost with no refunds nor cost adjustment.

To see which plan you currently have use incognito mode or below clues.

 

Public Mobile has web page cache issue so you might be looking at obsolete status. Click on little spinner refresh icons lower down. Try using different browser. Try Incognito/private mode. Clear browser’s cache. Try forced refresh. Use computer and not phone to log in.

@clemmer88 @So are you able ? Then refresh page with the yellow spinner .also going from 3G/4G you can take up to 48 hour before you see a speed difference just a heads up there

and how many times PM charged you?  Just once? or more?

Try logging into your account using a different browser in incognito or private mode instead.

Try again and you'll probably see the most recent information in your account.

@clemmer88   you shouldn't be changing it back and forth

Did you use Change plan now or Change on renewal date?  I hope you didn't use Change plan now or PM will be charging you immediately

 

Login to My Account again using Incognito mode and see what plan you are in now.  Check payment history to confirm PM didn't charge you couple times

@clemmer88 @Try again incognito mode there’s cache issues . It should be there for you
