Hello,
In March 2023 I became a new member of Public Mobile. Being a new member, I am getting 10% points back whenever I pay my bill. My question that I have is, If I want to change plans, will I forfeit the 10% point back for the rest of the 1st year? Or will I continue getting the Points on a new , better plan?
Thanks
Cart3
PS - I need to know today as the new better plan runs out at MIDNIGHT! (Dont wanna turn into a pumpkin....)

@Cart3 As other have stated no clear answer on if you get to keep the 10% points . Some have said if the price of new plan is equal or greater there’s better chance you won’t loose best to confirm with support as also mentioned above . But that plan does end tonight and is best plan I’ve ever saw from PM so I’d just go for it either way and make plan change for next renewal . I have set mine to change for the 90 day 90GB $39 plan for next renewal
Add the 10% points will expire eventually the plan won’t

@Cart3 YYMV, 'it may fall off', so best to get it in writing with a CSA.

@esjliv I think OP is talking about the 3x points promotion. So, it is 10% on top of the original 5%

@Cart3 - so instead or 5% back for every dollar spent you are getting 10% back from an activation promo? Do you happen to have a screenshots of the terms and conditions of this promo?
