Subscription expired, deleted eSIM. Unable to install new eSIM and start new subscription.

If new account, might need to try a different email address. Or delete the app and re-install the app again.

How long was the subscription expired?
If account suspended less than 90 days, you can download the PM app on your phone, login into your account and purchase a new eSIM card.
If your account was suspended more than 90 days, then you will need to activate a new account. Download PM app and start activation process.
