I am an existing customer, I got one additional phone line added to my account, how do I earn a reward for referring a friend?

@tsep account phone number needs its own email you can’t have two phones in one account . So you must have used a different email and did you use your referral code when creating second account ? The second account should need $10 credit in available funds with in 72 hours . You account should see the 1 points 1$ in your rewrds portal and you will get a cha ching text . If it’s been more then 3 days contact support to make sure it was applied correctly

Here is how to find your referral code.
Log into your online account. Then your starting page is on Overview. It’s right there. Looks like this!
If you forgot to add your referral codes to their sign up, reach out to a CS Agent and they can adjust it for you.

@tsep Public Mobile is only one line per account. Are you sure you didn't just replace your number with another one?
