Purchasing 2 lines

There doesn’t seem to be an option to purchase 2 lines without having to activate a line first since I am waiting for my SIM card.

is there a work around to get line 2 to take advantage of Boxing Day special?

@Jimboyo with Public Mobile each number must have it's own account that is setup with it's own email address. Good thing is that if you use the first account's referral code you can use it for the second account to get a $10 credit and then the first account will get 1 point (equals $1) for each month that the second account remains active
