New 40$ plan for old customers

i have been with public mobile for 8 years if I transfer my plan for 40$ plans am I eligible to get loyality  and auto pay rewards ? How much it going to cost me then ? Could you please reply ? Called customer service waited 30 mins no customer representative showed up !!

if you go with the new plan, you get all the rewards as all new customers.

Yes to both, but max $5 for Loyalty. See here: https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/Knowledge-Base/General-Reward-Rules/ta-p/164 I also recall something about Loyalty only going back to mid-2014 when Telus took over. So your $40 plan will be $34 or $35 per 30 days today.
