New - $34 -50GB US/CAD plan

Hi I did buy the promotional 34$ plan successfully.

At what point due I need to activate the esim?

Does it have to be also today, or can I do it later? 

I did try it several times via the app an hour after purchase, but it said account under maintenance, try website. When I tried that, it said Oops! Website under maintenance.

When will my plan Beginn, with the purchase or when esim activated?

You must complete your activation in the PM app. With self serve accounts undergoing unscheduled maintenance you will likely have to wait until that finishes (usually around 6 am et ) to complete your activation.

If the $34/50gb Roaming plan is not available during your activation PM will still honour the deal but you will need customer support to add that plan to your account.

Susan, Just to clarify, it is now may 20th and the plan has expired. So even if I activate at a later day, I will get that plan, based on my purchase...no matter if activated later???

@Stine the plan begins when the sim is activated. If you did subscribe to it you will be fine though.
