Never created online account and now payment option need to be updated.

Hello, 

I was with a store agent who helped me with my plan and set-ups. But I  have never set up account info online. 

recently I need to update my credit card info to make a payment. Would you help me create my online account please?

I would say customer support could do this. They have the ability to sim-swap for you if you have been attacked fraudentently. Seems like a system set up that should be in their reach.

You cannot access an account that has not been fully created and an account cannot be fully created without the 6 digit alphanumeric code that is texted to the phone. Thus other than possibly getting the email used for the account (?) if the customer has forgotten this info otherwise customer support cannot offer any help in this regard.

Why couldn't CSA help create a self serve account for a suspended customer? Seems like something they should be able to do for customers.

Don't they just need to add the email and get them to send a forgot the password link to them?

But then again, I do not have experience with this particular situation. Although, I am sure I suggested to contact csa to help set up the account before.

OP can still open ticket with Support to have them add the card in the account in such situation, I guess

Customer support cannot help create a self serve account if service is suspended.

Do you currently have active service on your phone? If not you cannot create a self serve account and you will have to pay by voucher thru 611. If you do have service go to the account login page and create your account on the right hand side of the page. You will need your email used at activation.

If your service is still working, you can still create a My Account and receive the text for confirmation.  Just create Account here:  https://selfserve.publicmobile.ca/self-registration/

 

If you account is suspended and  unable to create the My Account, you can seek help from PM Support to create the account   To open ticket with PM

1. If you have access to My account: At https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.

Start by typing "Submit a ticket", then click "Contact Us", Then click "Other", then click "Click here to submit a ticket ↗" 

2. If you don't have access to My Account or have trouble with Chatbot: Private message CS Agent at:

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on the top right) after the ticket is opened.  CS Agent will reply you there

 

 

If your service is already suspended and you need it up and running without the wait to open My Account, buy a voucher from 7-11/SDM/Shell (as their vouchers can be used immediately) and load the voucher via *611
