My public mobile esim was working just fine, then all of a sudden stopped working, and now my phone won't let me connect to any carrier and I called the carrier and they said the phone isn't black listed and to call public mobile, help pleeeaassee

I went and bought a physical sim today after I factory reset my phone yesterday, and still doesn't work.

Login to My Account check if account is active

if it is , try to disable your esim, reboot and reenable it

try Reset All networks 

if sitll cannot cannot ,  then use PM app on your phone, go to Account and rebuy a new esim (no worry, rebuy won't cost you money, PM will credit you back the $5) and use the new esim
