Thanks for your time and suggestions! As weird as it went to SOS Only, it came back onto the network!!! Weird!!!

hi @Dato

do you know anyone in your area using Telus or Koodo or Bell or Virgin or Lucky?  do they have similar problem today?

Assuming you have a physical SIM, is there Anyone in your household you can swap SIMS with to see if it’s a device issue or SIM issue?  I had a SIM with a hairline crack that would cut the service in and out at times. Perhaps it’s the same issue. Good luck

I'm in C'gar and all seems to be up and running here today. Power was out this morning...but cell service was unaffected.

I did that already. Nothing is expired. Payment went through.

OK. Try this. Dial 611 or log into the phone app and see if your payment went through. Maybe your credit card expired or didn't go through.

Hey @Dato

There are no reports in Nelson at this time. What problems are you having? Have you tried rebooting your phone? I know it sounds stupid yet simple but....

but I don't think there is any reported outrage, probably just minor local network problems
