Need to know how ro validate a new sim card

I acquired a sim card with my new phone from Orchard.  the sim card could not be validated so I ordered a sim card from you and now (after some time) I have installed your sim card and need to validate it.

Did you active the SIM through the PM app on your new phone?

You have to open PM account and Activate your SIM. Nothing to 'validate'. SIM will become active when correctly activated.

you updated your sim card number on your My Account?  If not, you have to ask PM to help

or if you have already updated but still unable to connect, ask PM to check.   Since you cannot properly login, you won't be able to open the preferred Chatbot ticket.  So, you will need to message them here:
