I lost the card associated to this account and when a requested a new one, I forgot to update the registered card to my account and my account was temporarily suspended. I am trying to pay it but when i logged on my account it said that i have to register a sim and not allowing me to go to the payment option to updated my credit card. I tried to re-register the sim but it said that my sim card does not exist. Please advise what to do. Thanks for the help. I need to get back to my service immediately. Thanks

Dial 1-855-4PUBLIC and check on the status of your account from another phone. If the suspension is longer than 90 days. Your account will be closed.
If it indicates that your account is suspended, you can restore service by paying with vouchers then dial 611 and enter the voucher number.
You can purchase vouchers from:
7-11, Canadian Tire gas stations, London Drugs, Canadian Superstore, Shell, Shoppers Drugmart, Safeway, Staples
