Will it not save the changes? Try @walker1 's advice first. If it still will not save the changes (to swap the Sim card) then contact customer support to do it for you. You will need to answer extra verification questions so have the details of the payment card on file, your account # and your last payment details. If you send a private message include the new Sim card # with your initial message.

did you do it in My Account?
and that is a brand new sim card never activated?

Try logging in to your account using a different browser in incognito or private mode. And try again.
Try doing it on a computer or laptop instead of your mobile phone.
