Did you end up porting your phone number from Public Mobile to another company? If that's the case, you can certainly transfer that phone number back to Public Mobile. If it's a phone that from Public Mobile that you simply stopped using and it the services for that account has been suspended less than 90 days, you can resume service by making a payment. If it's it's been past 90 days, the number is no longer reserved for you. At this point, there's isn't much a customer support agent would be likely to do. The first step to rejooning Public Mobile (if your old account has already been closed) would to get a new Public Mobile SIM card and to open a new Public Mobile account.
