Hello
I'm being challenged in the Public Mobile website.
When in plan & add-ons an option to change from my current 3G plan,3Gb, to a 4G plan,4Gb, is not showing as a possible option (greyed out, no accept button). Also other options for account types to change to aren't showing.
Can you help please. Looking to upgrade to a 4G plan and 4gb data plan.

I was able to change/upgrade my enrolled plan in August. The guidance from you and others in the community definitely did help and allowed me the navigate the phone plans web page. Turns out that the web page is twice as wide as my computer monitor. There were navigation buttons on the page that I didn't know about and hadn't used. . . Hints provided allowed me to explore and learn. I quickly found the wanted plan and accepted the offer seen.

Hi CL84, the clue came from Outdoorsman, above. When I was looking at the various choices that could be selected with the up down arrows or using the mouse wheel the 4G plans would not display. At the bottom of the scroll screen there is an arrow that points to the right ( If I remember correctly it was blue). So I kept pressing the right arrow key (it was maybe three or four times??). As I did this a page that is invisible beyond the right side of the screen moved into view. After that occurred I was able to use the up and down arrows to display the various 4G plans available.

A comment to the website maintenance people, this is not intuitive for some users. I am a tad older and am using 1 an older computer 2 not a computer wize. Hope you can make this an easier way to display the extra (4G package) information.
Once again . . . Thanks to Outdoorsman who was able to help me accomplish the wanted phone package upgrade.

@Brandoni are you trying to access change plan via My Account?
Login to My Account , Go to Plan & Add-Ons page, click Change My Plan, then a list of the plan will be shown there , sorted by price low to high (3G and 4G plans are all grouped together). To scroll through the list, please click on the Yellow arrows on the far right (or at the bottom if you are accessing via mobile).
Once you find the plan you like, you can click Change plan now or Change plan on renewal date. Make sure you understand the difference:
Change plan now allows PM to charge you the full new plan amount now and start the new plan immediately. Unused days and data/voice on the old cycle will be forfeited, no partial refund.
Change plan on the renewal date are usually better choice if you do not need the extra data or feature now, new plan will only start on the next renewal date, no loss of money with the current old plan.

go into my account then plans click on change plans click on change now or renewal date then pick the one you want (renewal date better) then done
