I had to create a new account because my laptop broke. I also changed my number so I couldn't access my account. I want to update my information in my account and pay before the due date. If I wait then I won't have have any service and I am having problems trying to pay. Can someone help right away because the next billing period is coming up.

Forget the time pressure aggravation with logging in and go get a voucher and deposit it into your account using 611. You can also buy vouchers online. Then you can take another month to figure out the log in for next time.
There's also a real time payments option available in some stores.
