Request for number transfer

Hello, I’ve tried to transfer two numbers from Bell to PM. But I didn’t send the “yes” answer to Bell in message. Now Bell told me that PM should send them request again and they will send me massage for transfer again. 
So question is how to ask PM to send to Bell transfer request again?

If you are able to sign into your Public account and go into the My Profile section, you'll see an option called Transfer Number. Click that and type your number, and follow all the steps to re initiate the Port Request yourself. It will let you do it as many times as you want if it keeps failing. 

I just did two ports from Bell within the last hour, make sure when replying to the text message you reply 'YES' in all capitals, otherwise it won't recognize it as an answer and the port will expire. if you reply 'yes' it will not work since it's all lowercase. It's always been like this for Bell Ports.

Community page' Look top right: envelope should have a number of unread messages (1,2,3, etc.)

Could you send the number again please I don’t see it 

So @computergeek541, just repeating 'number transfer' through web page will not work? Customer has to contact agent?

@Andrey2  There’s a number for live support they can help fix and restart port request for you . Will send you private message . As we not allowed to post it here . And get it fixed
