@esjliv thanks.. I usually do not suggest chatbot cos for the longest time, it has problem with CPO ticket , but seems like they fixed it now
fyi @softech, you know you don't need to be current public mobile customer to submit a ticket with CSA through SIMon Chatbot. So that option is still available for both customers and non-customers. 😃
Sim card purchase are not-refundable, but you can try your luck by open ticket with PM Support
