I recently activated a new SIM and wanted to put in a request for my number to be changed to something starting with 902
After filling the form, it requests for verification but keeps rejecting the same log in

@Olisa : Perhaps you are not aware that you can change the number yourself in the self-serve. Not tickets required.

Please edit out that number, there's no need to share an exact number on a public forum.
If you have already activated the SIM, you will need to change the number in self serve. Is that where you are doing it?
What's the exact error you are getting?
