I have registered auto payment, but it did not apply $2.00 discount on my 1st bill.

go sign in to Self-Serve, to review your account, is will show at Available funds:$$

 

but sometime when registered autopay, is will show next renewal cycle, 

or showing under your rewards check it out,

 

also if you did registered autopay, and your bill cycle is take it and is not give you the rewards 

then you need to Contact Customer Support Agent by CS_Agent, and Explain your issue to 
them can solve your issue, they are nice Service Team they will help you 100%.

  • please include in your message,
  • phone number,
  • Email address,

 @Lost1 : I wouldn't be quite so sure that they need assistance from SIMon or CSA's just yet. We'll see what the customer comes back with...if anything.

BTW, Chat with SIMON option is under GET HELP.

You have to use Chat with SIMON, and confirm all the account details... after that you can actually communicate with the CS if the issue did not get resolved by SIMON, you will be provided with link to communicate with CS.

@kamchiwong   Your first month (30 days) is always full plan + tax.  Second cycle payment will deduct the autopay discount which is doubled ($4) for the second payment cycle only and afterwards you will always receive $2/30 days discount as long as autopay is enabled.

The way it works is that if you chose to use the autopay option at activation then shortly thereafter you would see a $2 credit in your Available Funds. If you did not and turned it on afterwards then it will credit your account at renewal.
