I'm facing an issue with accessing my Public Mobile account. When I attempt to log in, it prompts me to confirm my identity with a 6-digit code sent to a phone number that I don't have access to. Unfortunately, I don't know what number this is, and I'm unable to receive the verification code. and there is no email option to receive the 6-digit code.
Additionally, I'm being billed every month for my Public Mobile, but I'm unable to cancel my preauthorized payment due to the access issue.
Thank you for any assistance you can provide.

yes, that option might not be there. You will need agent to help.
please submit a ticket with CS Agent using this Chatbot link: https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html Type the question "Submit ticket", Then click the following in order: "Contact Us" , "Other", "Log In".

Click on the RESEND CODE option. You may need to press it a few times. Here is what you do.
Can’t get the 6 digit 2FA code to your phone?
First, sign into your account at www.publicmobile.ca and use the email you signed up with and the password. If it asks you for a 6 digit code, it will say at the top left CONFIRM YOUR IDENTITY.- Enter the 6- digit code sent to *********. But it’s not working!!! As you see by the screenshot below, 1. Click the This is a trusted device. 2. Didn’t get the code? Click on that.
Then, the next window that pops up is this.
Click on Send email. Here it will send you the 6 digit code to the email you registered with. This step is very important. Do not just copy and paste. Enter each digit using your keypad.
You should now be able to get into your account.

There is no 'didn't receive code' option, but there is a 'resend code' option. When I click on it a couple of times, it prompts me back to this page.

try click didn't receive code and if send email is there, click that to receive the code via email
if no email option, support agent can help
