I paid for a SIM and I was supposed to receive it a while ago... I live in MTL, does anyone knows how should I get one or if I should re-order it ?

Just for clarity...there are no numbers to call for customer support. All issues are dealt with, primarily, here in the PM Community Forum. If we can't resolve it, then customer will need to start process of Customer Support by clicking on that little orange ball on lower right side of the page. There are no traditional customer support agents that we can actually call.

@hairbag1 This is exactly what I did.
If you want/need service now, go to a Telus store and get one and then ask CS for a credit on your account.

get to one of the Mobile Klinik stores around town and buy a PM sim. After your account is up and running, message Customer Support and request credit to your account for the new sim you bought. Then save the one they sent you and gift it to family or friend later on.

ask support agent to check the order, it shouldn't take more than 3 week. Or you can ask support to let you buy from Telus/Koodo store and pay you back the extra
