I've just upgraded my plan and paid $. Account is active and now I have no service. Please correct this immediately or refund my credit card for your non existent service. I look forward to a resolution.

Lol.  If it worked until recently then I guess it’s not been non existent. By posting here you won’t get resolution…but I guess you would know that.

Always one donkey in the comments! The service was working for a few years and once I upgraded the plan the service stopped working. Comprende!

you need to contact customer service agent

2. alternatively you can private message them here                               

           check your community envelope for a reply
