Why in the last 2 days my phone don't receive Mobil signal (zero bar) at locations where I use to receive at least 2 bars.

As stated it could be several different factors. What model of phone do you have?

It could be one of many factors including @BKNS27 suggestion. The normal signal strength you see at the top of your phone's screen is the 4G LTE network try switching to the 3G network only to see if your signal strength improves. You can get a much more accurate reading by going to device's Settings>>About phone>>SIM card status>> Signal strength.....? Any reading below -99dBm is poor. Ideally you want to see a reading between -60 dBm and -90 dBm.
Of course running thru some basic troubleshooting tips is advisable such as :
Note: #3, #5 and #6 are specifically aimed at reprovisioning your sim card. Whereas your issue is likely just poor signal strength related to changes to your local cell towers due to upgrades, maintenance, new construction etc....more info on your location could prove helpful to identifying the issue.

You might want to check if there is an Telus outage in your area.
