Just signed up for a plan, picked the phone number and trying to activate the subscription on my phone.
I am trying to login to my account but it is asking me for the 6 digit ever-safe ID and it's sending it to my new phone number that we activated but I do not have access to as the phone plan is not set up on the new phone.
Any advice?
I'm trying to do the e-sim set up.

hi @LaneyP are you activating eSIM?
did you check the SIM Manager and see if the PM sim is there and enabled? Try Reset Network Settings
