I purchased a new phone and sim card. I'm an existing customer. The site said the esim downloaded. I didn't receive an email with a qr code.

hi @Ellie61 you don't need the QR code, the app is supposed to install it for you. Check the Sim Manager or Settings ->Cellular screen, it might be there already and just need to be enabled

If you are an existing customer already, you need to download the PM app on your new phone. Then login into your account. In the profile section, purchase eSIM and then eSIM should install on your new phone. If you already purchased the eSIM before, subsequent eSIM purchases should be free.
