@ListugujDMZ We are all just fellow customers here trying to help out if we can. Threatening to leave doesn't really bother me or any other customer. Maybe you could have started a thread outlining exactly what the problem is, exactly what message you are receiving on your phone and exactly what you did to try and fix the issue and that may have made matters worse. Threatening to leave doesn't achieve anything here, as I said above we are just customers like you. Threaten the moderators, they may pay more attention to it. Though honestly, why waste your time. If they aren't moving fast enough go to another provider that you think will treat you the way you think you should be treated.

Note: Be careful. If the incorrect PUK is entered 10 consecutive times, the SIM will become unusable and you will need to obtain a new SIM and complete a SIM swap.

its the sim code that is locked not the network code.

it says something like SIM card locked reset it with the PUK Code.

What exact message is the phone saying? If you're trying your SIM on another phone (or you're new) then the phone may be locked to the previous provider. If you had once upon a time set up the SIM security then you'll need to contact the mods, they don't just come running when beckoned.
Edit: speedy JoyLuck today 🙂

The following is from another thread by @Luddite
The following should help to delineate the various PIN messages that can occur:
"SIM network PIN blocked. Enter SIM network PUK." is asking for the phone’s (often Samsung) “master code" after entering the wrong code too many times. As noted by @Triguy Samsung and/or your previous carrier can give you this.
"SIM network unlock PIN" is asking for your previous carrier's unlock code - just contact them with your IMEI and they'll give it to you. If you enter this incorrectly too many times, you'll get the error message above.
“PIN unlock key (PUK)” is a SIM-specific code used to prevent unauthorised use of a SIM card.
The PIN (Personal Identification Number) enables secure access to the SIM card and network. It is provided with your SIM card.
If the PIN code is entered incorrectly 3 times, the phone is locked (except for emergency calls) and requires a PUK (Personal Unlock Key) to reactivate it.
Once the PUK is recovered and validated, you will be asked to choose a new PIN.
Only Public Mobile's moderators can give you this type of code, which the device manufacturer cannot. Public Mobile's moderators can be contacted by submitting a ticket at: https://publicmobile.ca.ada.support/chat/
Caution! If the PUK is entered incorrectly ten times in a row, the SIM card becomes unusable.
