Is this a re-buy? Or the first one?

Have your phone on automatic networks and it will connect to T-Mobile. Have your phone set on 4G or LTE for text and data to work. Hopefully your phone can drop down to 2G or maybe you can set it to 2G for calling.

T-Mobile coverage is not the responsibility of Public. Their 2G would be even less than their 4G.

Where are you in the states?

What exact US addon you got? data only?. Talk/Text?. or Talk/Text/Data?

 

and you checked My Account, the US addon is there?

Your phone able to connect to T-Mobile?

 

give us more info as to what you have tried before we can suggest further

Did you add funds to cover the cost of the ad on?

Are you manually connecting to a US carrier?

Do you have data roaming turned on?
