I am trying to pay with my MasterCard manually, it said it couldn't process. What's going on here? My card is working perfectly, just used today

hi @Mel2001 the problem is the PM system itself and not about card type

Get a voucher for this month first

then to be safe, wait 2 weeks and try manually top-up (ahead of next renewal) to confirm if card payment works again and this assure no interruption again in next renewal

Apparently PM is having issues with lots of cases. Is it just mastercard or any credit cards? I can't buy a card to top up ight now

If your CC is good and when you login to your account. Check if the Subscribed (AutoPay) button is enabled. If it is turned off then enabled it for future payments.
For now, you can dial 1-855-4PUBLIC from another phone and make a manual payment with a CC or vouchers.

For the above advice, the customer would already be logged into the app or through the self serve website, and thus, there would be no reason to go through the IVR after calling the Public Mobile toll free number or through 611.  That would be an unnecessary step (if using the credit card). The customer could simply make the payment from the self serve account online.

I manually typed in my card, still not working. Anyone else have same issues?

hi @Mel2001

Since your plan has already expired or you need to pay it very soon, then buy a voucher from Shoppers drug mart or gas stations and then load the voucher using *611 or My Account

or you can also buy voucher online with an additional service fees from muskbird.com or recharge.com or ding.com  .  These are the quickest way to get your service resume first

@Mel2001-  If @Handy1 's suggestion doesn't help, you will need to reach out to support to get them to see why your CC is not going through.  You can open a ticket using the chatbot (lower right corner), and answer a few questions.

@Mel2001

please use this link to load funds and trigger the renewal

https://myaccount.publicmobile.ca/en/account/payment/funds/card

if that doesn’t work you can also buy payment vouchers from shoppers drug mart /7-11 / shell gas and load the funds *611 to resume services right away
