@Morfey82   As mentioned in your other thread, since your son is in Germany there is no Public Mobile coverage, it only works in Canada, and in the USA with an appropriate plan or add on.  Did he buy an add on that he thought meant Germany was covered?  Perhaps he bought the international long distance minutes add on, but that is only for calls made from Canada to those countries.

First he will need the Canada/USA plan or the Canada plan with a USA Roaming Add-on.

Then he will need to manually connect to the AT&T, T-Mobile or Verizon network. Whichever gives the strongest signal.

If he done both steps and still doesn't work then he will need to Submit a Ticket on the Chat bubble during working hours.

What model phone is being used? 

Is everything not working, or is it partially working with data, calls or texts? Make sure data roaming is enabled and that the phone is connected to the AT&T or T-Mobile networks if you're in the United States.

Keep in mind that PM service is only available in Canada and the US so if you're outside of those countries you will have no service.
