If you ported over from another carrier, did you confirm with a YES on the SMS text with the old SIM in the phone? You have a 90 minute window to reply to text. 
If you did, try powering off the phone, wipe the PM SIM with microfibre cloth then power it back up.

If you missed any of these step, you will need to contact a moderator by clicking on the SIMon chat button and create a ticket.

If your credit card has been charged and if after removing and reseating the sim card and rebooting your phone produces no results then moderator contact is necessary. Your sim card has not activated correctly and will need to be fixed by the moderators.

 

Click on the chat bubble at the bottom right corner of your screen and type in activation incomplete and human and follow the prompts to submit your ticket. Keep an eye on your private message box the envelope icon next to your avatar at the top right corner if your screen for a little number to pop up indicating a message from the moderators. Wait times are about an hour. Responding promptly will speed up service times.

More details  about your particular situation are needed. 

Was your credit card charged? 

Did you try to port over a number? 

What happens when you put the SIM card in the phone?

Any introductory email or text sent?  

Which model phone? phone locked to previous carrier?

@ghavamisafar78  try this:

 

reseat the SIM once more time (power down, take SIM out ,wipe it and power up)

 

see if you can make an outgoing calls

 

If still not working, give us more information :

1. what is it showing on the screen

2. do you see "Public Mobile" on the top of the screen

3. Any signal?

4. What kind of phone you have

5. how long you have activated the line
