Hi all
so i came from virgin mobile
i typed yes for transffering over to Public
after a day i went to buy the sim card and put it in. Didnt work. Agent said they refreshed the system and everything. I just put the old virgin sim card back in. Still no text from them or anything.
i am stuck and really dont know what to do.

@xiaoyen When you put the PM sim in the phone did you restart the phone? The number may show as not eligible to port because it has already ported. I would contact Public Mobile customer service again.

Pm app was registered and everything
when i go to transfer number it says number not eligible to port

did you....download free PM app to initiate your new PM account ?
did you....keep your old account with virgin ACTIVE and in good standing ?
did you... leave old sim in cell until you rec'd message re: port to which you must reply YES within 90 mins ?
